All of Trinity Management Group, LLC’s projects are supervised by a managing Principal-In-Charge from the very beginning to the closing of the project. The managing Principal-In-Charge works directly with the Client and the Project Manager assigned to the project. Projects are assigned to each Project Manager based upon his experience and familiarity with the specialized nature of the project.
Our Project Management services generally involve serving as the owner's representative on the project. Our role is often to discern and document the owner's requirements and communicate that to the design team. Throughout the design process, we ensure that the owner's needs are being fulfilled. Our company is unique in that both principals of the firm are licensed architects with many years of experience in the design phase of the project.
Our Construction Management services generally commence once a construction contract has been awarded. We are a boutique firm in that we specialize in difficult and/or logistically challenging renovation projects.
Trinity Management Group has provided environmental stewardship consulting services to owners, design consultants and contractors in all phases of project development.
